The Perfect Doctor Who Fan

My costume depicts a character from Doctor Who, named Osgood. She is basically in love with the Doctor, so she wears his iconic scarf (or bow tie). She wears glasses and a ponytail (also green pants in this picture).
Osgood works for a fictional military organization (UNified Intelligence Task-force), so she sometimes wears a lab coat, also the slightly iconic red converse.
Osgood is the slightly awkward, personal assistant of Kate Stuart, head of UNIT (in the picture on the left). She only appears in a few episodes, but left an impression on many Doctor Who fans.

The biggest part of her outfit is the scarf. It is based off the fourth Doctor's, which she brought a lot of popularity to for Doctor Who fans.
Because she is not in many episodes, she doesn't have many outfits, but each time she appears, she is wearing something that relates back to the Doctor.
